About

Hi, I'm Maria.

I didn't set out to build a consulting practice. I set out to fix something I kept seeing — businesses that were doing everything right for their clients, but quietly bleeding revenue because their internal systems couldn't keep up.

I've spent 13+ years inside operations — from the floor of a pharmaceutical company to coordinating procurement for a national food brand, managing executive offices, and most recently working inside a swim school where I watched first-hand how a great business loses great clients simply because no one followed up.

That experience is what built Taskflo Synx. Not a business school theory. A real problem I couldn't stop thinking about.

Small businesses deserve the same operational quality as large ones — without the corporate price tag.
