I've spent 13+ years inside operations — from the floor of a pharmaceutical company to coordinating procurement for a national food brand, managing executive offices, and most recently working inside a swim school where I watched first-hand how a great business loses great clients simply because no one followed up.
That experience is what built Taskflo Synx. Not a business school theory. A real problem I couldn't stop thinking about.
