Operations experience
from the inside out.

I built Taskflo Synx because I've seen — from inside a swim school, a pharmaceutical company, a manufacturing operation, and running my own trade service business — how much revenue small businesses lose not from bad service, but from broken follow-up.

I'm not a consultant who studied this from a distance. I've managed operations, coordinated procurement, supported executives, and run my own business. That experience is what I bring to every client engagement.
